I voted no, not because I don't think lots of folks need some boater education, but because I see it as more government control and intrusion. If it was voluntary with some type of incentive like free registration or something it would be better. My rep told me "don't worry, it won't effect you". I replied you don't get it do you.....and he was elected as a Republican.
