I like all sorts of rice. That risotto was good, but it was so rich I only ate a little of it. It is possible to put too much truffle oil in a dish.
Also, the whole brussel sprout thing needs a rest as far as I’m concerned. Every time I turn around, there they are. And dont even think about asparagus. I’m out.
That ribeye was excellent. I ate the whole damn 20 something ounces.
I put Point Reyes Blue Cheese in my Risotto once in a while. It goes great with a Ribeye. Or seared on top of one.
