Mainly about the ketogenic diet as it relates to mental health and other health issues, but there is a lot info on how the brain and body respond to different diets. There are time stamps in the description if you want to look for something particular.

Gut is the second brain. That's why rationality has left the building these days. The more removed from a traditional diet (traditional as in ancestral, not the bs pushed on western society in the last 80-100 years), the crazier they are (think CA and those of that ilk)
This is also why rates of adhd, anxiety disorders, mental disorders, possibly even autism, are skyrocketing.

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”

You also wear a fanny pack and play soccer.

5 eggs (30g) and a 12 oz pack of bacon (37g).
That was my breakfast along with coffee. I still couldn't eat lunch if Highstrung was cooking. Will eat some meat or shellfish for supper with something green. I should eat some beans, too, but won't. I should also feed the gut critters some sauerkraut or kimchi, but won't do that every day either...
Yall have to excuse Fish. He just started CrossFit so he's overly excited to be paying way too much money to exercise with really poor form. He thinks he knows everything diet or fitness related and has the Instagram reels to back it up.
Milk is only good for milkshakes. Preferably strawberry.
Abs aren't made in the gym, they're made in the kitchen.

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!
