Freedom Hunters/Jim Shockey Classic March 27-28 Wild Dunes

An old friend of mine helps organize this golf event each year for Freedom Hunters. A few days ago he asked if I could help find a few more people me that might be interested in participating this year. SCDUCKS seemed like logical a place to start. I’ve gone in last two events and I can tell you it’s a lot of fun. You will help support a worthy cause, meet some true hero’s along with other great folks, and Jim and his family. Don’t ask me a lot about the golf tournament itself as I suck and play once or twice a year. The dinner/auction the night before is a lot of fun. The food is great and there are plenty items to bid on and prizes to win.

I would assume so. She’s been there every time so far. You’d be hard pressed to meet a nicer family than the Shockey’s

I was selected to go on a goose hunt in Illinois with Freedom Hunters. I had a blast being in the blind with fellow veterans. Definitely a good cause!
