Adjust the min age requirement for your companies, hire and train kids (14+) that are in virtual school or home school, since their schedule is more flexible. Train the next generation of laborers/tradesmen early. When the government teat runs dry and the worthless try to come back to work, it would be great if their jobs were taken by those who want to work.

"Kids" can be highly competent at an early age. Look no further than kids that grow up on farms. Our school systems artificially prolong childhood.

Federal unemployment benefits were extended through August 2021.

The deadline for PPP is the end of May.

Biden's Infrastructure Plan (democrat priorities) 2 Trillion possible. 650 Billion going to affordable housing will continue to put pressure on the housing market and 620 Billion for public transit and electric vehicles will compete with private investment for scarce raw materials.

Inflation will remain at a rampant pace and cause the decline in the value of the dollar.

What is scarce? Work ethic, democrats who are not socialists, and genuine US allies.

It seems to depend on which area of the country (or world) supplies the goods to the retailer. For example, American auto parts stores (lots of Ohio suppliers, etc) are missing several items from their shelves but you can go to Harbor Freight and they have an over abundance of the same items (China?). Look at PVC used as an example earlier. The majority of US PVC seems to come from DOW (Michigan) but there are several other smaller companies in Charlotte NC, Houston Tx, Irving Tx, etc. who are still trying to keep up with demand.

China flexed its muscle & spanked our asses like little children. And we let our politicians do this to us. Make no mistake about it, China decides when we stop breathing.

My two boys like the lemon pepper wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. I've tried to place orders at two locations over the last couple of weeks and they were out of traditional wings both times.

The problem with retiring is that it's scary taking that step of giving up a job to rely on fixed income when there's a fucking idiot in charge of the economy. I think I have enough saved but who knows if they'll take my savings next year? It's not like I'd have the option of rejoining the workforce at my age.

I retired at 55. Best thing I've ever done. I do home maintenance 2-3 days a week just to keep busy and for boat gas. I could work 7 days a week if I wanted.
