I just wish someone would answer my original question...What animal abuse event in SC initiated the need for this "legislation"...
The only thing i can think of recently was the guys that harassed the alligator on the golf course. Scdnr made it out like it was a big deal. I wouldnt think that would rise to the level of her trying to make new legislation.
