David Kinder, former owner of Barron's in Columbia has passed away. Many fond memories of working for him at the store and seeing him diving off a tuna tower for long swims in the Gulf stream back in the 70's. RIP...

Oh no! Very sorry to hear this.
Pray for little David.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.
Bought a Herb Parson call from him in 1971

Great guy.
It's not enough to simply tolerate the 2nd Amendment as an antiquated inconvenience. Caring for the 2nd Amendment means fighting to restore long lost rights.
It was a hit to the gut. I always enjoyed him. he ran my "explorers club" many moons ago. enjoyed watching him fish white pond for years. always worried about him but glad he fished every chance he got.
Godspeed David.
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
He fought the good fight, for sure.
