Looking for a recommendation on a set with decent magnification 10x42 and up that won't break the bank. I have tried several pair of the Vortex's both HD and non-HD but looking for something a little better. Any recommendations?

Meopta
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
You might take out a dozen before they drag you from your home and skull fuck you to death. Marsh Chicken 6/21/2013
Does anyone have experience with these?

Depends on how much time you are going to spend looking through them, and what time of day...If you're glassing a lot, especially early and late, Leupold BX-5 10x50 is the best bang for the buck.
You can spend less or more...You get what you pay for.
I think I have the BX-4 Pro Guide in 8x42.
It’s the only decent pair I have ever owned but I think they’re pretty good.
You really need to define a budget to get a good answer. In between 20 dollar Tasco and 2000 dollar Swarovski, are a lot of good options.

People like the Meopta stuff.
I have the bx2 alpines.
I have spent more time glassing through binos than most people have. These definitely out perform anything in their price range. They perform in the $600-$800 range. I have had them side by side to bushnells, vortex, and sigs.
Vortex is pretty good for the money and excellent customer service.

I have some meopta Meopro 8x42 I’d let go
I bought some Maven binoculars a couple years ago. I’ve been happy with them.
Go to BHVideo and look at the Zeiss. I've got some 10x42 and 8x24 - I love the 8x24s for deer hunting because they're small and perfectly clear.

Leupold Acadia and if I can tell what kinda deer then the trijicon scope has enough light to make shot.
I’ve had a pair of steiners for 10yrs now, I’m sure glass technology has came a long way since I got these but if I were to start looking tomorrow for a new pair I’d look at steiners first simply because of how well these have held up over the years
Vortex diamondbacks. Can be found for 129 right now
