I’m in need of someone who can take a shed I found and turn it into a knife handle.
How much does something like this cost? Definitely think it would be worth it.

To get an idea of what SW is talking about, you can go to eBay and search for "obsidian knife".
You can also search for hidden tang knife blanks which might help you decide what kind of blade profile you might like.
Does it come with a spoon?
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
Only if it's headed to a Columbia dentite's locale...
I like the OP's idea but he's going to have to be careful, especially if that shed is pithy in the middle. A hidden tang style profile of his choice might work well depending on the size and shape of the shed base. It's hard to tell from the pic if cutting and splitting the shed is feasible as well. If the OP has/has access to a drill press and a belt sander, it would be a cool DIY project considering the number of high quality knife blanks out there today.

You could send it to Randall and they could make you one, with a 5 yr wait list.
Wayne Hendrix would be a good one to try (George Herron guy)
David Manley Would also be a good one as well as Ralph Smith.
Mr Langley in Florence makes some fine knives.

I gave my Dad a Manley knife a few years back, it’s very nice.
I’ve seen some of the woody handmade as as well, he’s got a cousin that squirrel hunts with me and Bryant is always showing me one of his knives. They seem like good solid quality also
