http://www.ajseaducksandswans.com/ I've never hunted with AJ, but I've talked with him about the hunting there. Last I checked, he's $300 a day. Don't know how familiar you are with eastern NC, but from Lexington, it's about 5 1/2 hours to get there. Hwy 264 is a beautiful ride. also try these folks http://www.jennettesguideservice.com/ I've never talked with them, but they're another option. Another guy is Joey Van Dyke. He owns and operates Diamond Shoals Guide Service. The last # I had for Joey is 252-475-0402. I used to hunt regularly with Joey when he worked under Vic Berg with Outer Banks Waterfowl. Joey is the man as far as doing what it takes to find birds and get you to have a good hunt. I highly recommend him. I've never hunted sea ducks with him, but for Pintails, Brant, and other ducks he's great. I can tell ya some great stories about hunting with Joey if you're ever interested in hearing them. What sea ducks are you interested in? Just Scoters? Oldsquaw? If you're froggy, and have a big boat for open water with a blind, you can go without a guide. Just take a week or so, do some scouting, have a GPS, and do your homework. Hunt areas when you find some worth hunting. Let me know if I can be of any further help.
