I looked Tom up and he served in the Marines from 1969 - 71 and did one tour in 'Nam. He was originally cast to play Gunnery Sergeant Hartman in FMJ but was removed from the role in favor of R. Lee Ermey. I think that was a good move, Tom seemed to fit good as the door gunner and Lee Ermey was perfect for the Gunny role. Tom was a pro golfer until he cut a tendon in his little finger.

The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.
