Good question. Ate my normal breakfast of bacon/eggs early that morning. Had some tangerines and a banana at the turns of the laps. Other than that just electrolytes in my water bladder while on the trail. Being fat adapted helps keep energy levels steady. No highs, lows or "bonks". Legs were tired but felt fantastic otherwise.
