I’m tired of reading about how experienced they are. That doesn’t mean shit in the ocean. It might in the mountains but I don’t buy into it meaning much on that big girl.

In my eyes this would equate to having the proper safety gear, among other things. When I leave the jetties there is an epirb, spot, and PLB on board. Normally a handheld waterproof vhf and a sat phone. Not worth taking a chance.Originally Posted by led0321
