That's impressive. Looks like I made a good purchase on Monday.

That is beyond impressive. Any experience with hitting shoulder bone? And I fully realize that you should avoid the shoulder, but just curious about the effect.

    ccleroy:

thats about the average price $35-$40. I think i paid right at $35 @ the archery shop in s'ville. Bud and his staff are top notch. They will get you straight on any issues that you have.

like we've all said in another post, these things do some tremendous damage to anything they come in contact with. I'd like to see the entry/exit holes on deer killed by the rage 2-blades from any members that use them this year.

i shot a deer quartering away with a rage 2 blade last year and it hit her shoulder bone on the exit side. I dont know if it broke her shoulder or not but it did some serious damage to it b/c it was very loose and hung down much lower than the other. THe shoulder bone did nearly fold one of the blades in half, but did plenty of damage before exiting. She only went about 40 yards with an excellent blood trail.

that looks like every deer I've shot with them. I've hit shoulder upon exit with two deer, and both times it tore the living %$&# out of the shoulder. Both times the head was bent up a little, but both times the shoulder was destroyed and the exit hole was huge. They are great heads.

I dont have any good ones of the three deer i mkilled last year but they look pretty similar to the pictures above. I also almost cut a raccoon in half with one last year also.

Here is the damage it does to a turkey

i shot the 3 blade last year ive only killed one with the rage and he was a big 7pt and a blind man could follow the blood trail..he might of ran 45 steps...ive always used a steel force or grim reaper but i kinda put the reapers on the back burner since the rage has come out..bud swears on a reaper and i swear on the steel force but rage is a bad ass mech

Impressive! Bought a pack last year but didnt use them due to the tips of them we not sharp by any means. That kind of turned me away from them but maybe i just got a bad pack. Guess I might try them now.
