Don't see many real good ones around here very often, but this guy is doing well as of last week. If the bases are any indication, I'd love to see him around 9/15/19...

In my experience some start later. I have two that ran together all of last summer and I'm pretty sure both are back this year. The older of the two starts later than the younger one. The younger one gets more length but has less mass.
I have two studs that I know were around in Jan and Feb but haven't seen them yet.

The older ones tend to start a little late (assuming they have proper nutrition) and it may appear that they aren't as large but about mid July when the young ones have all but finished out the older ones will start to put on length. They tend to get their girth now.

Pretty decent for a pie bald buck.most I've seen dont get very big and bodies seem smaller.ive only seen 3 or 4 in person.hope to see this one in bow season
