Too many amps
Find a dedicated circuit with 30 amp breaker and you should be fine. Amp draw normally not more than 15 except on startup

But quality batteries. Those cheap Dollar Store batteries can't produce enough voltage.

Use a different outlet. You've got too much amp draw with the freezer on the same circuit.
