Probably right. Good thing you kept that membership.

I surprised one of these drama queens hasn’t already started a thread about it.

3 mile hill run. Basically an incline for 3/10 mile that I ran up and down for the duration. Must have been pretty decent because the pup is sleeping good right now.

    FT: 27-21-15-9, 20 min cap

    Cal Row
    Thrusters @ #95

@ 25 min mark, begin FT: 100 sit-ups, 2 min accumulation of plank

My times were 12:59 and 13:02. Respectable, but I'm sure some of you can do it in half that. The 21 thrusters is what gets you, the 27 isn't the worst part. Guy beside me did the first portion of the workout in 7:48. Never broke up the thrusters.

Forgot, that was Monday's workout. Sunday was a beast at the gym:

    Partner Wod:
    Grace
    400m run
Amanda, changed the snatches to Squat Snatches
    400m run
    Isabel
    400m run
    Jackie
    400m run
    Karen

I don't have a clue what our time was, but I'm sure it was around the 45min-1hr mark.

Used to. Work out in my garage now. My dad still goes in the mornings though.

Usually hit the 6am class or workout with the Todd Stewart misfits 5 days a week and hit a group WOD on Sunday. Started in August. Which one is your pops, Jeff or JT?

JT is my pops. Don’t hold that against me though.

Had to take Monday/Tuesday off as I tweaked something in my left elbow in Sunday's workout. Today was a good day at 157.

    Partner WOD:

Double DT @135, switch after each movement
Max Cal Row in remaining time (switch after every 10 cal)
    20 minute time cap
Score is total reps (each cal represents one rep)
