I'm sure there is more elaborate but cabelas brand jalapeño has been good and easy to make for me, add high temp cheese.

I've been using the Hi Mountain Summer Sausage kit to use up excess deer burger. I've been using the jalapeno flavor. I cook it on the side box smoker. It's really, really good!
