I carry a black Surge with the add-on belt clip. It is big and heavy, but i don't really notice since it is on my belt.
The interchangeable blade system is a neat idea. However, I always just keep the file attached instead of the saw. If I'm going camping, I can sure as shit find another means to cut down a tree.

Fixed it. Didn't attach the first go.

anyone have any experience with the benchmade CLA?
Why not just tote a sharpened toothbrush handle Ralph..... It will set you apart from the girls at the wig shop.
10+ years, Benchmade Reflex. Strong enough that I use it as a hammer often. Auto open, easy to sharpen. Can't say enough, except, thanks Boondoggle!
Boker one armed man. One hand open, high carbon steel. Like a razor and easily resharpened.
I'm not about carrying a $200 knife everyday. They just get to much abuse from me.
I carry this super thin and light knife. Lost one- no big deal though. $30 and one week and I was back in business.

I love a assisted open BM but can't afford em these days (damn kids)!
I lose a knife from time to time and at $200+, well, just can't stand it!
Columbia River last few years and they have been rock solid and no problem keeping an edge....
I love a slim knife, no bulk and must have a clip....
Carrying this for last 2 years ....

I will lose the shit out of a knife. I stick with the Kershaw's
Me too! I am a little rough on a knife, digging/prying/sawing/srewdriving/etc. I have had this CRKT for a couple of years and have been pleased. It had a silly secondary safety lock that I took off, but other than that I like the knife.
