Any of y'all hunt here? I have a friend here in Columbia that ran a testing submarine taking water samples on the FL coast a couple months ago.......he said it's horrible down there. (He also said SC isn't too far behind due to development impact on our waterways, sadly I have to agree.)
Sad but interesting story. As always, follow the money and you'll see how politicians are involved.

I follow it closely.
I hunt there quite often, as I lived only 45 minutes from Clewiston up until this summer, now I am about 1:15 away. I don't know how the pollution affected the hunting but it still holds plenty of ducks and other factors seem contribute more regarding duck numbers.
But what does affect me is that the water from the lake is discharged into my home waters where I spend my free time sight fishing in water that is no longer clear.
