    Default Grill mold

Man I opened up the grill today for the first time in a couple months and there's some funky stuff growing in there. What's the best way to get rid of it? Fire it up as hot as it can get in just let it burn for a while?

    Fire and a wire brush.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Did the same on a medium egg I have, never use it now that we have a large. Just built a fire and let it get hot, seemed to clean it out pretty good. Off to Craigs list it went.

So do you do all of that in the oven? When I've done reverse sear I did a slow cook on the grill and then moved to the cast iron.

I don't know much......but I know that one can kill it with fire on mold.
