    I cook a lot of shit in bacon grease. I like the pan dry on those steaks to get the char on the outside of the meat. I'm sure the bacon grease wouldn't suck.

    Bacon grease and some pole beans is a fine side.

    Boozer, get the Capt to bring some No Dak Mallards to the river and we will make them into ribeyes... I can cook them to perfect doneness on charcoal.
