get a bait saver 20 gal. their pumps work awesome. I have one my dad hasnt used in ten years. Took it out yesterday and worked like a champ. Cost $100

I don't know big they are, but Sportsmans Warehouse has KeepAlive wells. I have a KeepAlive pump and aerating system on an old bait well and it REALLY adds O2 to the water well.
