    Default Another Kentucky Giant

    Good friend of mine killed him yesterday to wrap up the Kentucky rifle season.

    I missed my ky hunt first week of rifle season due to my 2yo having kinda an emergency adnoidectomy. The 6 guys that went, 5 killed bucks with the smallest at 148" and largest at 167"

    Same here, my 3rd childbirth killed my trip. May try to sneak up for smokepole season. My crowd killed 5 good to decent bucks.

    I'll have to try it next year. My wife's uncle has been telling me to hunt his farm. He has about 1200 acres he farms and holds cattle on. Nobody hunts it. I need to get moving on that.

    I shoot the yard deer around here and keep meat in the freezer. Never been a horn hunter per say but wouldn't kick the idea of having a bigger deer to adorn the wall. Fwiw I should be hunting my uncles ranch in Texas On the regular. He has some nice ones as well. I will be going to visit him next year with my grandmother. I have plans to hunt some while visiting.
