Lake Oakdale dam. The golf cart path is preventing failure at the moment.

I haven't been on that path in years but growing up it was a regular occurrence in the summer to have really bad thunder storms. We would ride surf boards and boats down that hill to the right that ends up under that bridge . We would always stop at the 17th hole it made for a great back stop to jump out.

Seems like the last time I was there they had tried to redo part of the coarse and build up that part of the cart path.

The original was tough as nails.

My dad took a video of it running over this am and sent it to me! Brought back old memories!

Black river bridge at 301 is gone too but they aren't letting anyone near it

Catdaddy saw some pics that shower forest lake over the bridge. It looked bad.


Rain has stopped here since last time I checked, but the wind steady.
