    Default Chicken & sausage.....along with some tasty pulled pork

    Last night's butt cook was stubborn and slow.



    I'll say this, though.....I will continue to do 'em the same way......no fat trimmed....just scored and positioned down toward the elevated heat deflectors.

    Worked well with today's yardbird & Conecuh sausage cook.


























    Sweet potato biscuits sealed the deal.

    Heck yes they are...I picked some up a while back just because I saw Dub post the package up on here..theyre on grocery list from now on.
