First DHEC doesn't have the resources to do their current job.
Why in the world would you give power to some beuqacratic agency to go monitor every pond and stream. That is a monumental task, besides the fact of just being plain stupid.
My guess is she lives on a golf course and is mad no one is cleaning the algae out

WE need good bills like this. When they hit the floor I can amend it to say, you must report to DHEC if you have a father...
