    Default Son's First hunt

My son turns three today and has been wanting to see "his" dogs get some ducks. My buddy came along to help us out and one wood duck and two mergansers later and I think he had a blast. Not a stellar hunt by any means duck wise, but the first of hopefully many more over the future decades.

I figure he must like it to be happy in 40 degrees and raining. Also, I thought I had it all planned out until I heard those words that strike terror in any parent of a three year old. "Daddy, I got to doodoo". So he also got to experience taking a dump off the side of the boat like a champ. Haha, I am definitely proud.

    That's awesome!

I've gotta ask. Did you have papers for him to wipe with?

We improvised with a receipt. The kid is famous for the coveted ghost wipe though so I wasn't too worried

Great job! At that age keep them warm, happy, and fed and things will turn out alright.

Absolutely He got his limit of skittles and looked like the little brother from the Christmas story with all his layers.
