    Default Video Edit

I have been filmming more and more for work and fun.
It stared with the ipad on offshore trips. The ipad has a really good basic video editor that I have used (imovie).
Now, other cameras are being used like a gopro. The ipad does not like to download outside video and I quickly max out the storage when I do get it loaded.
My question is, what is a good basic video editing program for a pc. I do not use an apple laptop and I prefer not to use the basic youtube video editor.
    Thanks, DJP

Adobe has a really good one, but it's a monthly fee deal.

The free GoPro software is good for cutting down and file conversion of GoPro video.

The best free software is probably windows movie maker.

It probably depends most on what you are trying to do. You can find a trial version for about anything. Check out some reviews and give them a try.

Adobe Premier is really good, but it does come with its downfalls of monthly fees.
