    Default Barrell work?

My 16 gauge mod 12 is choked full and after I put it on paper this week, I may want to have it opened up a bit.
Any thoughts on who locally could do this for me?
Been looking for an extra barrell to no avail.

Do yourself a favor and send it to Wrights Gunsmiths.

Do not fuck around locally with a nice M12.

Stuart Wright has done a good bit of work on mine and they are hands down the best Model 12 gunsmith in the country........and the work is very affordable, enough that shipping is not even part of the equation.

Briley does great work. We have some Model 12s in our family that we have sent to them. Briley will open the choke for you for $95.00. (IIRC)..

Extra barrels for any Model 12s are scarce.. 16 ga seem to be nonexistent.

Thanks for the tip on the Model 12 smith Chessbay. Ive got my great grandfather's model 12 that has a little barrel ding that I want to get checked out and some action work done on so I can hunt with it a few times. Its just been sitting in the safe and me wishing I could shoot it for a while now, and I didn't know who to trust. They look like model 12 specialists.

No problem, if you tool around most of the classic shotgun sights/forums they will all almost point you to Wright's.

    I was happy.
