I now fillet the breast into two pieces. Splash with Dales, black pepper, minced garlic, maple smoked bacon on the egg until bacon lightly black on the edges.
Bed of wild rice or hobo potatoes.
Either write things worth reading, or do things worth writing.
I like to par boil them and pick the meat. Then fry some bacon in a cast iron skillet. Pull the bacon and pour out half the grease. Start browning up the trinity (onion, bell pepper and celery) a can of cream of mushroom cooking soup and some water, add back the bacon and the doves and let simmer for a while.
Pour it over rice or I've started adding quinoa into the mix that cooks as it simmers. It's good eating
For all the bacon wrap dove grillers, with duck I usually go about 18 minutes at about 325, what temp and how long do you go with your dove? Just out of curiosity. I hit around 16 min but want to experiment
