The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.

Just a little more than USCe beat T A&M
Ok seriously what was the final? Last I heard was 45-21 with 4 minutes left.
I don't know why I expected more out of the Cocks. Like Spurrier has said several times, there was no pressure on the QB all night long. (paraphrased)
Everyone should have seen that coming. With Clowney drawing double teams that left Quarles able to pressure qbs. With both of them gone the Cocks don't have anyone that can put their bad breath down his neck.
Sure the secondary is young, but I don't care if you have the best most experienced secondary in the country, they aren't gonna be able to defend if the quarterback has all the time he needs or wants. No secondary can defend their zone or cover a receiver more than a couple of seconds, much less forever. I simply drank the Kool Aid like everyone else. Sux but that is what it is and that's how it's gonna be until they start getting some people in the backfield.
