Increase your upload speed. Or, just wait like most people. 2 hours for a 4:35 video sounds like dial-up.

I do not have anything here to upload, but from memory,.........when you click upload, it will give you options. Slect the playback to be on your computer and with good quality.....not the highest quality.
A 4 minute video should load in less than 15 minutes.
