crab pot bait

Looking for other ideas for crab pot bait. Got the usual turkey and chicken necks, also brought a pack of deer stew meat that was a couple years old.
What kind of other baits do you guys use in your traps ???

Don't believe the myth that old and stinky works better. Fresh fish is way better than old fish, especially with oily fish like mullet.

I'd put bluefish and bonito right up there with it...problem is finding it.

bonito have always been tops for me but menhaden is way easier to find.
