Thread: Venison meatloaf

    3/4 pound of ground venison
    1/4 pound ground sausage
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 table spoon bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 cup water
    dash of pepper & 1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
    1/2 packet of lipton onion soup mix

    Mix everythin except onion soup mix and water, shape into loaf and put into greased bread pan.Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
    bast every 15 min with combo of 1 cup water and 1/2 packet of onion soup mix.

    This is one that I have had good luck with.
