I made some cammo for a blind out of plastic garden trelise/mesh (2" sq holes) I bought from a hardware shop. I bought some cammo material (burlap would work too) and cut it into strips (about 1 1/2" x 6").

Tie the strips onto the plastic mesh. This has a natural foliage look to the mesh.

A sizeable piece of mesh needs a lot of strips. Its a good way to ocupy an evening in front of the TV tieing stips onto the mesh.

This doesn't weigh much and because its stiff it almost stands up by itself. I use it for a skirt around my boat and as to make a temporary hide on shore.

I will try posting a couple of pics later.

    I made it 24" wide - I like a low profile.

Boat is 11 ft long. It used to be cammo but the boat doubles as a lake/river fishing boat and matt black looks "nicer" on a fishing boat than cammo.

I hunt a lake created by daming a river that has lots of stumps and fallen logs with some vegetation on them. Black underneath green looks natural there.
