I am enjoying Hillmans stuff right now. His training a retriever puppy was good to watch, and I am going through the fetch command right now. I was set on not using a collar (or force fetching) to start with my two dogs, then some issues this season made me realize that one of them needed something else and I am seeing results quickly with an almost three year old dog.
I think other programs folks like are lardy and then Graham as mentioned above. Look at them and see which you like better
