After looking on the internet for a while what to do with a shoulder besides smoke it, I came up with this.
Carrots, onions, peppers, garlic, olive oil, dry rub, cilantro, and various seasonings to my preference. Roast this in 3 box containers of chicken broth, and some rehydrated mushrooms. Cover in bacon or bacon bits. 3 hours later on 300 in the the oven could be picked from the bone.
