Picture is blurry, but I thought a puff adder was a hog nosed snake. That head looks different.

The hog nosed snake is a type of adder, the only kind that lives in America except for those released to the wild by thoughtless turds, and the only kind that is harmless (though often killed by women and wimpy men because it acts fierce as hell).
