Hmmph... I can't seem to locate any chapstick-sized shells in yellow.

Remington has made some 1100's and 11-87's in the past in LH, not sure if they still do.
Escort makes one. It's even the Avery Waterfowl Extreme model. Maybe our resident ProStaffer can help you out. http://www.woodburyoutfitters.com/product_p/10906.htm

Bought another dove gun yesterday. Ithaca NID 20 gauge field grade in excellent condition! Happened to be at the right place at the right time. Young kid walked into the local shop carrying it. I asked him what he was planning to do with it, when he said trade, I said let's step outside...
It's a fucking dove gun. some of you act like its your dick your holding and wanting to compare to your buddies.
Never read anywhere that the only real dove gun is a particular gauge. Rediculous.

Beanhunter,
it's called bantering. Men have been bantering about guns and loads for going on two centuries. I've heard the metrosexuals are trying to change it, though.

Last year I tried to be all gentlemanly and shoot my 20ga O/U for the opener. Shot like shit, birds weren't flying great, and it was hot as piss out. Fuck trying to be a dove poet this year. I'm shooting them all with a 12 ga semi auto. If I owned a 10ga I would shoot the fuckers with that. Y'all can have the cute shit. I want something that will rip the wings off.
I concur with the 67 gauge comment - too often a travesty when bird shooting.
As for the 28, she is much more than a snipe gun - a dove gun, a quail gun, and a most-anything-pheasant-sized-or-smaller gun. Shooting a 28 almost exclusively for the past 12-18 months has made me a believer. Obviously, she has her limitations. However, out to 35-40 yards, the 28 is a great performer.
Do you get ridiculed less in the dove field when you miss with a 28ga than you do with a 12?
I bet not.
Pass that 10ga.
I don't need my name in the marquee lights....
