According to the author of the book in the interview I heard the hacker criminals in DarkMarket had one rule: No One! Absolutely no one was allowed to hack in Russia. The reason was simple, in Russia their version of the FCC doesn't arrest people for hacking. Those people and their families simply disappear.

The author said that all the DarkMarket users knew there were Law Enforcement people in the forum. They told him it was part of the fun to try and dodge them and then out them to everyone else. He said the users consisted of people from grown men living in their parent's basement all the way up to college professors, bank presidents and state and federal officials, including people in government intel and security. Pretty interesting stuff.
