That's all any true conservative Constitution believing people ever wanted. Simply to be left alone to live our lives, raise our families, love our God, mind our business and to be able to protect ourselves and our families from criminals and government tyranny. We don't care how other people live their lives. We don't want to tell them what they can and can't do as long as it doesn't infringe on our rights.
But the left craves power, total power and control over other people. They know they can never attained the power they crave as long as "We the people" have firearms. All the rules and laws they come up with to make us live the way they want us to live are toothless as long as we have weapons.
Americans, as a people, are unique when compared with other peoples around the world. We come from pioneer, settler stock. Our blood comes from fiercely independent people who took on seemingly insurmountable odds, then settled and tamed a wild land and lived very fruitful lives. We will take a lot of pain and a lot of pushing but once pushed too far...we will push back. We have a history that tells us once we decide to push back we will push our foes straight into their graves. Once we start we do not stop until we have totally destroyed and obliterated those who would do us harm. We are the most charitable people on earth, but once pissed off Americans are famous for their fierceness and their tendency for overkill!!!
