So I was going to cook a Boston butt tonight on the Orion but we have somebody coming to look at our house so won't be able to start cooking until later this evening. It's already been brining so I need to cook it tonight. We're going out of town in the am so what is the best way to cook and freeze and reheat a butt?

first off, the only good thing about an Orion is you screw up a piece of meat in a much shorter period of time. Other than that, you are way better off pulling that pork before you freeze it. I have frozen cooked, whole butts before and you still have to heat them up the next time to pull them.

so, IMO, you are better off cooking it and pulling it THEN freezing it.

But orion's suck donkey balls so I am not sure why I even commented....
