10-4 although DNR says the hatch was bad this past year. I am seeing the little knobby spurred rascals everywhere. I am going to knife one this weekend.

I've seen more this year than the past two seasons combined. The're starting to frustrate me, but it's good to see them. I keep having mobs of white heads coming to my setup only to be a gang of Jake birds. I'm very happy to see them on the farms I hunt. Lowcountry.

I've also seen a lot of jakes this year. I've also been seeing a lot of hens by themselves with no gobblers around. Its been a strange season for me so far.

I've seen the jakes too...the big boys continue to elude me.

I've only seen one gobbler and I killed him.

Good to hear the jakes are out in force. The next coupla years should be fun!
