9 functional movements of CrossFit...
Part I
Strict shoulder press, push press, push jerk...

The key to these three movements is locking the arms out at the top with your "head through the window" (arms straight, weight over the spine, head/ears in front of the elbow) and hips being fully open at the top of the lift, especially on the push jerk.

Squat (air), front squat, overhead squat...

Part 4?
This is good stuff.
I worry the most about my health when I think about trying lifts that I have no technical knowledge about.

The key Turbo is to get it in this order...
Form
Consistancy
Then speed.
Go slow and light until you have good, consistant form. Then dial up the weight, speed and intensity. If you feel your form falling apart then slow down, reset or go lighter.
The white board exist for you to compete with you. That is it. Where dudes get in trouble is when they let their egos overload their asses and go too fast and too heavy.

I've gotta join a Crossfit box.
It's that simple, I think.
There's probably people there that are falling all over themselves to help.
I hate me. I want to love me.
Actually, I do love me... I just want to love me more.... and naked.
