Sadly, when the bill was being written, it was trotted around as a "nuisance to farmers" bill and had great support within the farming community. As it turns out, it is completely worthless to us. Not that anyone is walking around in shock that special interests took over.

One only has to look to those Natural Resource Whores over and over again to find the ills in this state. The fox pens, the hog pens, the tame duck operations, ad nauseum. To hell with the resource, let's make money off killing stuff.
