The wife wanted clams and crusty bread. So we did. I also had some stuff on hand that I wanted to use up. I heated up some vodka sauce i made earlier in the week and added a little nduja sausage. I had some little brown shrimp i added along with some gnocchi I poached off. I get the gnocchi from the Johns Island Farmers Market on Saturdays. Gave it a good stir and dusted it with a little parm and tore a ball of burrata over it and moved it under the broiler. Easy peasy.
