Made some this am for games this weekend. Great stuff

Some folks here old enough to remember the Trawler Restaurant on Shem Creek , special place in our families heart. Many meals there when parents first bought their first IOP house (it was a deserted Island back in early 1970’s ) Also I recall best part of eating there was the crab dip and for a yongster like myself then always wanting to be there when the Gulf Stream II came to dock. Dad became good friends with GSII owner Mr Pringle and Capt Randy Scott . Capt Randy taught a young wide eyed boy how to tie knots on long rides out to fishing grounds , he always let me ride in the wheel house with him and showed me how to read that old FF and how to read a compass. Dad always had a “men’s day” at the churches he was pastor of where we charted the GSII in spring and fall for fishing trip. We also went several times a year in between.

Came across this in a drawer last night and figured I would share. To me it is more than a basic crab dip but it is good and easy to make (i prefer more horseradish in mine and little Franks )
