Alan Wilson just said, "now that we have a new trial, the death penalty can be put on the table"

Poot will present a stand your ground defense next time around. Murdaugh will be exonerated.

Trial should have never been there, but I’m pretty sure we all have already said that.

Alan Wilson is pissed that Poot is on a publicity tour and trash talking him and SLED
Using the death penalty threat to try and shut them up.

Poor is running his mouth as much as possible. He’s doing his version of what the clerk did to a potential jury. Murdaugh blew his son’s head off, shot his wife in the leg and finished her at close range with a shot to the head. He tried to cover it up and is still lying. If you don’t think he did it based on the phone recording, then you know he was there and knows who did. Both murder weapons are gone.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

And Maggie's phone with whatever evidence it has is in a creek somewhere between Moselle and Hampton County..

It's the OJ scenario - if OJ didn't kill his two victims, who did?? Elleck killed them both. Period. Dot.

Yes but OJ spent the rest of his life looking for the killers.

Glad that Jim and Dick are willing to do this for free, I mean I think I owe them a huge apology. (sarcasm font)

Well, if there’s any justice here, he’ll be tried, found guilty again and assigned a date with Old Sparky or the firing squad.
