Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

The article says the barge has containers on top and is ~30ft deep (tall), if the water is ~50-55ft does that mean the top of the barge is only 20 or 25ft from the surface? I guess assuming it landed upright.
